ADMINISTRATIVE STRUCTURE The Institute for Applied Space Research is affiliated with the School of Engineering and Applied Science of the George Washington University. Its Charter was approved in May, 1991, by the President of the University. The responsibility of managing the day-to-day activities of the SACRI
is carried out by its Director, who is also a member of the faculty of the
School of Engineering and Applied Science at GWU and serves under a joint
SEAS/SACRI appointment. The Director is responsible for the SACRI's
programs and signs agreements, proposals, contracts and grants on behalf
